Pablo Valda Toro, known professionally as Chalto, is a Bolivian music producer and songwriter who uniquely straddles the Latin and Asian markets.

He has worked with Latin Grammy-nominated Latin superstars including Aitana, Luciano Pereyra, Mala Rodriguez and Danna Paola, whose hit "MIA" has hundreds of millions of streams across all platforms. His Asian pop credits include, mandopop idol Wang Lee Hom, Thai-Chinese idol Sunnee (Produce 101), Hong Kong star single Janice Vidal and rising chinese sensation idol Evan Lin. In 2024, he wrote and produced the Nickelodeon Kid’s Choice Music Revelation Award winner “LAMBO” by the mexican boyband BTW.
